Mark Newberg, Transit Manager
Mark has served as the Housing Director for Region 6 since 2019 and the Transit Manager for Peoplerides since 2023. Mark started his career here at Region 6 in 2014 as a Housing specialist. Currently his duties are focused primarily on Transportation while he still serves as the Housing Director. He is a graduate of Upper Iowa University with degrees in both accounting and business management.
Mark and his wife Lori are longtime residents of Lynnville, Iowa where he currently serves on the city council and is one of 4 State of Iowa Area Representatives for a worldwide motorcycle association. Mark enjoys working with local teenagers, wood carving, hunting, fishing, motorcycling, volunteering and camping. Mark and Lori have two adult daughters, two dogs, and one son in law.

Lorinda Lamb, Assistant Transit Manager
Lorinda began working for Peoplerides in September of 2018 as assistant dispatcher and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2023, and then Assistant Transit Manager in 2024. She grew up in Marshalltown and has been married to her husband Steve for 12 years. She has two grown sons, Chase and Shawn Liam along with one grandson, Adrian.
Before coming to Peoplerides she worked for NuCara in a variety of roles including Certified Pharmacy Technician for 16 years.
In her spare time she enjoys lure coursing with her two Salukis, showing them in AKC conformation shows, watching movies, reading and generally just being together with her dogs, family and friends.

Rose McClure, Dispatcher/Scheduler
Rose began working for Peoplerides as Dispatcher/Scheduler in September 2024. Rose grew up on a farm in Marshall County. She has three grown, amazing daughters and two fabulous grandsons. Rose has worked in Human Services throughout her career and is grateful to have the opportunity to continue serving her community with Peoplerides and Region 6 Resource Partners. She enjoys spending time with her family, three pups, three kitties, traveling, reading, gardening and pretty much anything outdoors.

Mickey McDonald, Dispatcher/Scheduler
Mickey McDonald joined PeopleRides as a Dispatcher/Scheduler in December of 2024, brining a strong background in coordination and a deep passion for serving the community. In addition to his role with us, Mickey is a dedicated community leader and small business owner. He is the founder of Mick’s Financial Services, where he helps families gain financial literacy and security.
Born and raised in Marshalltown, his commitment to serving his community extends further through his involvement with local organizations- serving on the UnityWay board, Vice President of the Kiwanis Matins, and Treasurer and Tenor duties for the Marshalltown Men’s Chorus.When he’s not working or volunteering, Mickey enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
